Welcome to the most important resource you have access to as a museum director. Your Museum Directors Roundtable is combination of: 1) facilitated monthly group sessions with other museum leaders to engage in peer-to-peer learning, share experiences, and collectively solve institutional challenges; and 2) individual monthly coaching sessions designed to accelerate your leadership and empower your organization. Format: Monthly virtual Roundtable meetings, 1 to 1.5hours Monthly individual virtual Coaching, 1 hour This is a cohort-based offering.
