Three Month Executive Coaching Engagement Bi-Weekly One-on-One Sessions Following the complimentary strategy session, Museum Blueprint offers a structured three month executive coaching engagement designed to provide sustained support and measurable progress. This engagement includes six bi-weekly one on one coaching sessions, each tailored to the specific leadership realities of museum directors and senior staff. Together, we focus on the challenges that most directly affect institutional health, including governance effectiveness, board and staff alignment, financial strategy, operational clarity, and leadership capacity.
